We are the Bermuda Highland Dancers. We have approximately 50 pupils and four teachers. Myself and 3 Bermudians. We hold group and private classes 6 days/week from teensy Dance Stars to Premier dancers. We perform at local events, often with the Bermuda Islands Pipe Band, and have a traveling competition and choreography group called The Highland Islanders who have travelled to Orlando and Philadelphia and this summer will be competing in Canada and Scotland. We have visiting examiners come in for Medal tests at least once a year.A recent highlight was dancing with the Red Hot Chilli Pipers in Bermuda...

I have had a great time over the last couple of weekends. On Saturday 29th June I represented the SOBHD along with 3 other dancers at The Scottish Parliament In Edinburgh celebrating their 20th anniversary. It was an amazing experience dancing in front of people from all over the world. The following weekend we had a trip to Piobmhor of Scotland where I picked up my new kilt outfit and aboyne. Hi we are Catriona and Eilidh Gammons and we are dancers from the Margaret Rose School of Dance in Helensburgh.
