Hi my names Harry Aiken and I'm 9 years old , (I'm Mollie Aiken's little brother ) I'm intermediate level just about to send off for my premier card.
I have been dancing for two years now , I started because my two big sisters were going every week , and I used to copy them when they were practicing in the house lol!
I'm the only boy in a household full of girls , I have 4 sisters Chloe, Mollie, Matilda and Elsee-Lou. #TeamAiken
Chloe and Mollie are premier dancers, Matilda is beginners level although doesn't compete as is still learning all the dances, Elsee is doing her pas de basques and pas de basques and high cuts hoping to do comps soon 
I live on a small island on the west coast of Scotland the Isle of Bute, I dance with the Anne Mcilroy school of dance here.
I like living here because it's quiet (not like my house - (Chloe and Mollie always argue over make up)!
Here are my answers to summers questions
What dance pumps do I wear ?
I always wear the highlander shoes from highland world - I got a pair of Billy Forsyths two weeks ago but I still need to break them in. I like the highland world ones as the leather is nice and soft.
What's your fave dance ?
My fave is the jig and then the hornpipe, blue bonnets and the fling !
The dance I hate is the swords !!!!!
What dance do you struggle with ?
I don't struggle with any and any I'm not sure of I just keep working on them
Who is your dance idol ?
David Wilton! I always watch his videos on you tube I hope I'm as good as him one day !
Favourite competition ?
Indoor - I like the paisley SDTA and BTDA ones and I like Miss Anne's comp here on Bute
Outdoor is obviously Cowal !!!! And then Bute Highland games !
Ardrosson and Dundonald were good too
How old were you when you started dancing ?
I was 6 just a few weeks off my 7th birthday
Arms up or arms down for the turns in the fling ?
Arms down !
PDB or brush brush for the reel ?
Pas de basque !
Blue or white hornpipe ?
I have a blue one
What classes do you attend ?
Wed and Thur at Anne Mcilroy school of dance
What do you do when competition season is quieter ?
We carry on competing all through the winter off to Hemingway comp this weekend !
Have you ever won any trophies ?
Yes !!!
Our lounge is full of them - my biggest achievement was winning Cowal a couple of weeks ago for the intermediate section 13 years and under and I was against my sister Mollie !!! ( she got runner up to me 
) !!!!
Where do you keep your trophies and medals ?
All the trophies and shields are on display in the lounge ,
I keep my medals in a special box that Miss Anne bought me
What Tartan is your kilt ?
I wear the dress Baird tartan and my trews are the black and blue dress menzies
I wear the blue jacket and hat
When I'm not dancing I like playing minecraft and GTA
I like watching the rugby too and like going swimming .
My next comp is Hemmingway on Saturday , it's always a tough one .
