Welcome to all the new brand ambassadors! Hope they enjoy being part of the team as much as I do. Looking forward to us all getting together for a photo shoot. Team HD have lots of exciting things to come!
My little cousin Alexa had entered, and I said if she wasn’t chosen, she could help me with some blogs. I still have a blog planned, that will give you the dancing stories of my family, myself, my cousin Alexa and my 2 Aunties. But, for this blog, it’s just going to be me and Alexa.
Alexa is 6 years old, and has been dancing since the moment she was born. Dancing is her favourite thing to do, and she works very hard. She started competitions when she was 4, always tried her best and had great placings. She loved doing ‘proper dances’, often at displays, joining in with the bigger ones rather than just doing Pas De Basques and High Cuts. Alexa done so well in the Primary Section that she has moved up to Beginners a year early- I’m so so soooo proud of her.
Even though Alexa has only been in Beginners for 2 competitions, she already knows dances like Jig, Barracks and Highland Laddie. When she’s not in dance class, she’s at home, practicing hard!
I love you lots Alexa, and I’m the proudest big cousin ️
