Hi everyone,

Well that's me home from Las Vegas so I thought I would tell you a bit about my time there.

We flew from Edmonton, Canada to Las Vegas on Tuesday evening, it was so hot when we got off the plane.  We met my dancing friend Imogen and her family off their flight and then got a surprise when we were all picked up by a Limo.  We were all staying at the Luxor Hotel which is a huge Pyramid it was massive!

On Wednesday we went for breakfast and then went to one of the Vegas Outlets for shopping, it was brilliant I bought lots of stuff, we then met my other friends Rianne and Chloe who were also staying at the Luxor.  We all went out for some food and a look round some amazing hotels.  We also went on the roller coaster at New York New York.

On Thursday we met with friends and went to the famous Wynn Buffet, the food was amazing.  I had loads of different things to eat and there was a whole room just for the deserts, which made us all very happy.

Friday was Premiership day, it was a very early start.  We started with Hornpipe then Blue Bonnets, Lilt and Barracks.  The venue was nice and cool which was good as it was 42* outside!  There were 21 dancers in my premiership group and I came 3rd overall.  I won Dollars and a lovely Thistle framed print.  After the Premiership we did a bit of shopping and then got ready to go for a meal to Mon Ami Gabi it was a lovely restaurant which looks over the Bellagio Fountains, we had steak which is my favourite. We went over to the Bellagio Fountains which were brilliant.

Saturday was a busy day, after breakfast we went on the open top bus tour.  It was brilliant, we saw lots of sights and heard lots of ghost stories which I loved we then got dropped off at Circus Circus to go to the theme park, it was great fun.  In the evening we had another surprise when a Limo party bus collected us from the hotel.  We were on the bus for two hours visiting hotels and the Las Vegas sign, we went to the Bellagio fountains again and got dropped down at Fremont street which  was amazing but so busy.  We also did the Slotzilla Zipline where we all went down like flying super heros, it was great fun!

Sunday was Championship day.  There were 18 dancers in my group and I came 4th Overall.  I won more Dollars and a lovely Crystal Cake Stand, which was not easy to take home.  After the championship we went back to the pool for a while before heading out to New York New York and the Venetian Hotel, the Venetian Hotel was very pretty.

Monday was our last day we stayed at the pool while some of the parents went for some shopping, we went to M&M world where I got my photo and the Vegas sign printed on them.  We all went for food before heading for our flight home at night.

I had amazing time in Las Vegas, it was a brilliant experience and loved my time with my dancing family.
