Helllloooo dancing world!
Hope everyone is enjoying being back into competitions, I know a few of you have some some already.
Seems like so long ago, but I hope you had a lovely Christmas. I had a really nice time with my family, despite breaking my toe at gymnastics!
So, everyone knows that at the end of last year, I was slowing down with dancing. I just wasn’t feeling it and considered giving it up. Having a break from it really helped. I missed my classes, I missed my teacher, I missed seeing my dancing friends and I REALLY missed dancing. I started working hard at home, and going back to classes lately.
Thankfully, I have a really supportive teacher and she kept me going. My Auntie’s are taking me to Aberdeen to the European Champs in a couple of weeks, so I’m super excited. It’s my first competition this season, and my first for many months. Ok, maybe I’m a mix of nervous and excited! Hopefully I’ll be able to get back into competition mode quite quickly.
